By accessing or using the TeamVault Figma plugin ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

TeamVault is a Figma plugin that provides users with easy access to professional sports team logos. The Service allows you to search, preview, and insert official SVG team logos directly into your Figma workspace.

We strive to maintain an up-to-date library of team logos, but we do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any logos at all times.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of team logos complies with the intellectual property rights of the respective teams and leagues. TeamVault does not grant any trademark or intellectual property rights to the logos provided through the Service.

The team logos accessible through TeamVault are the property of their respective owners, including professional sports teams and leagues. These logos are provided for design and mockup purposes only.

The TeamVault plugin, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of TeamVault and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on TeamVault infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please notify us immediately at teamvault@vummo.com, and we will remove the content in question.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamVault and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services, and integrates data from third-party providers (such as Google Analytics and PostHog) to improve functionality. TeamVault has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that TeamVault shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
